Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take? Your order will take between 7-15 workings days depending on what time of the year and how busy we are. Occasionally there may be stock issues, in which case we will advise you of your despatch date. Your invoice shows the Due Date of your order. 

How are orders despatched? We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries. You will receive an email from us advising that your order has been despatched - so two days later you will receive it! You can also select "Collection" at the checkout and will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready. 

I've forgotten my log in details? Your username will be your email address minus the @symbol and everything after it. For example if your email address is paul69@outlook.com your username will be paul69. If you have forgotten your password then you can reset it by clicking on the relevant button.

What is your returns policy? Items on this website are especially ordered for you and customised on demand. We are therefore unable to accept returns. This does not effect your Consumer Rights so if your item is faulty please contact us using the form.

Directions from Horsham Town Centre: Take the B2195 towards Roffey. At the Jewisons roundabout take the 3rd exit (Crawley Road) which will eventually turn into Forest Road. Follow this road into Colgate, passing the Dragon Pub on your right hand side. Take the next right turn (Blackhouse Road) and follow this to the t-junction. Turn right and Premier Sports is 200 yards on your right hand side.
